Customers are responsible for canceling their reoccurring subscription and can do so at any time. Planner Press is not responsible for canceling the payments, that must be done through your Paypal, see the instructions below for a step by step guide to your payments.

To cancel, you need to go through your Paypal account that you signed up for your DigitalDash subscription through and cancel the recurring payments.

1. Once logged into your Paypal; account, at the top of the page, click ‘Tools’ and then ‘Recurring Payments.’
2. Then click the My Pre-Approved Payments Link.
3. Select the payment you’d like to cancel, then click Cancel.

A subscription can be cancelled up until the day before the next scheduled payment in order for you not to be charged.
